(Milwaukie, OR)  --  A Milwaukie man is facing charges, after being accused of shooting his tenant to death.  The shooting was reported around 10:30 yesterday morning in the 13-thousand-500 block of Southeast Oatfield Road.  Clackamas County sheriff's deputies say 66-year-old Gerald Miller called 911 and told dispatchers he shot his tenant, whose name hasn't been released.  Miller has been charged with first-degree murder and manslaughter.
