Bundy Accused Of Fighting Deputies

(Portland, OR)  --  One of the co-defendants in the Malheur National Refuge takeover case is facing new charges.  Authorities say Ryan Bundy fought with deputies who were transporting him from the Multnomah County Jail yesterday morning for an appointment.  Officials say after Bundy was wrestled to the ground and handcuffed, U.S. marshals took him  to his appointment and brought him back around noon.  The sheriff's office tells KOIN-TV that Bundy is in disciplinary housing at the jail and is being charged with disruptive behavior and assaulting staff.
