(Seattle, WA) -- Billionaire Paul Allen is planning a three-day music festival for Seattle next year. The Microsoft co-founder says the Upstream Music Festival and Summit is being scheduled for May 11th through the 13th, 2017. Allen says the event will include music and exhibitions at more than two-dozen venues in Pioneer Square, CenturyLink North Plaza, and the CenturyLink Field Event Center.
