(Oregon City, OR)  --  A man accused of shooting a police officer and taking a woman hostage at a Gladstone Subway is facing multiple charges.  Authorities say 45-year-old Jeffrey Giddings shot Sergeant Lee Jundt after an attempted traffic stop Monday and fired shots at Clackamas County Sheriff's Deputy Benjamin Frazier.  Officials say Giddings then fled into a Subway restaurant and held a woman hostage before he was arrested more than an hour later.  A preliminary hearing is slated for August 17th.
