(Seattle, WA)  --  Democratic incumbent Jay Inslee is still holding a double-digit lead over his Republican challenger in the Washington governor's race.  The latest Elway poll of 500 registered voters shows Inslee is preferred by 48 percent, compared to 36 percent for former Seattle Port District commissioner Bill Bryant.  Sixteen percent were undecided.
