(Vancouver, WA)  --  Vancouver police say a man who was recently homeless and may be endangered hasn't been seen since August 6th.  Authorities say 74-year-old Richard Grady, may be in the early stages of dementia.  Officials say Grady doesn't have a cell phone or a vehicle, and has never been known to be missing for this long.  Anyone who knows Richard Grady's whereabouts is asked to call 911.
