(Spokane Valley, WA)  --  A manhunt continues for a suspect in a double murder in Spokane Valley.  Sheriff's deputies say 44-year-old Gilberto Delgado entered the home of a brother and sister yesterday morning and shot both of them to death.  Authorities say Delgado, who's believed to be armed and dangerous, was the woman's estranged boyfriend.  Investigators say Delgado is Hispanic, stands about six feet tall, weighs about 155 pounds, has brown eyes, a shaved head, and the name "Brenda" tattooed on one of his forearms.
