Bryant, Inslee Debate In Spokane

(Spokane, WA)  --  The first one-on-one debate between incumbent Washington Governor Jay Inslee and his Republican challenger, Bill Bryant, is now history.  The two candidates squared off yesterday in Spokane, touching on topics that included the economy, education, and the minimum wage.  Inslee says he supports Initiative 1433, which would raise the state's hourly minimum to 13-50 an hour by the year 2020.  Bryant says wage hikes are needed, but should be tailored to fit each region of the state.
