(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating reports of shots fired in the Montavilla neighborhood.  Authorities say the drive-by shooting between two vehicles was reported around 1:42 this morning in the area of Northeast 80th and Northeast Glisan.  There's no word on whether anyone was hit.  The intersection was closed during the investigation, but was reopened by about 4:30.
