(Centralia, WA)  --  A four-year-old girl who was injured after a horse got spooked at the Southwest Washington Fair in Centralia is home from the hospital.  Helen Morgan's father Jake, who was also injured, remains at Harborview Medical Center's Intensive Care Unit.  Three other people were less seriously injured Friday as the horse ran through the fairgrounds while pulling a carriage.  Helen Morgan suffered facial fractures and bruises.
