(Portland, OR)  --  A man who's accused of going on a crime spree in Portland after stealing a car is facing multiple charges.  Authorities say 29-year-old Casey Graham took off Saturday in a vehicle he found empty and running at an apartment complex and drove along northbound Interstate 5, where he hit several vehicles without stopping.  Police say Graham eventually wrecked the car on the I-84 on-ramp from the Morrison Bridge, and attempted to carjack a driver who was stopped.  But officers caught up with Graham and arrested him on charges that include robbery and assault.
