(Portland, OR)  --  Officials say the body of a ten-year-old girl was recovered after she drowned at Kelley Point Park.  Dive teams were in the water to search for the girl yesterday for about 40 minutes before the rescue effort was shifted to a recovery mission.  The body was found around 6:30 yesterday evening.  A man drowned in roughly the same area about two weeks ago.
