(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police have a man in custody, after he was accused of setting a 7-Eleven on fire with people inside.  Authorities say Kevin Mitchell, Jr. is facing charges of arson and criminal mischief, following yesterday morning's fire at the store on North Fessenden.  Officials say most of the items inside the store were destroyed, but there were no reports of injuries.
