(Portland, OR)  --  A man who was accused in a deadly drive-by shooting in North Portland more than two years ago is awaiting sentencing after taking a plea deal.  Authorities say 24-year-old Marcell Lee Daniel, Jr. has pleaded guilty to charges of first-degree manslaughter and attempted murder in the June 2015 death of Andrew Coggins.  KOIN-TV reports that records show Daniel's sentence will be a minimum of 13 years behind bars.  Sentencing is scheduled for September 26th.
