(Winchester Bay, OR)  --  Authorities say they've made an arrest in connection with a hit-and-run ATV crash that left a Washington man dead in Douglas County.  Sheriff's deputies say 25-year-old Walker Thomas Kellogg of Winchester Bay was arrested Monday night in connection with the death of Benjamin Wohl of Poulsbo, Washington.  Wohl was killed and his passenger, Brauna Ellison of Clackamas, was seriously injured.  Deputies also cited a 24-year-old woman on suspicion of hindering prosecution.
