(Portland, OR) -- The Portland Bureau of Transportation says a car that was "booted" and towed yesterday had racked up nearly 16-thousand dollars in parking citations. Officials say the 2014 Mustang was among the first vehicles to be booted for accumulating 500 dollars or more in parking violations or at least six citations. The Bureau says the cars towed yesterday had run up a total of 25-grand in violations, including the Mustang.
