(Portland, OR) -- Health officials say an adult employee with Portland Public Schools has tested positive for lead. The Multnomah County Health Department says two of the three employees tested turned out to have false positives, while the reading for the third was shown to be in a "gray area." The County says it's unclear at this time whether the employee has a lead reading high enough to be confirmed. The Oregon Health Authority tells KATU-TV the state would only oversee the case if the adult's lead level is 25 micrograms per deciliter or higher.
