(Klamath Co., OR)  --  Authorities say the boyfriend of a St. Helens woman whose body was found Saturday in Klamath County is now more than just a person of interest in her death.  Cheryl Hart had been missing since early August, and was last seen with the suspect, Jeremy Milutin.  Milutin was arrested on August 5th in Eugene on suspicion of driving a stolen vehicle and remains in the Lane County Jail.  Investigators now say Milutin will be charged in Hart's death.
