(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say they have one suspect in custody, after an attempted robbery at a marijuana shop.  Authorities say the four armed suspects entered Green Buds Dispensary on Northeast Sandy Boulevard around 8:40 last night and told the employees to lie on the floor.  Officers were able to apprehend one suspect, but the other three fled the scene.  Police say no shots were fired during the incident.
