(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities say a 17-year-old has been arrested after he was reported to have swung a samurai sword at another person outside a Cedar Mill apartment complex.  Washington County sheriff's deputies say they arrived last night to find the teen suspect bumping chests with another person in the parking lot of the Cornell Woods Apartments.  The teen was arrested on charges of menacing and unlawful use of a weapon.
