(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after being accused of offering an undercover cop drugs in exchange for sex.  Portland Police say the arrest of Justin Michael Fincannon was a result of an undercover operation targeting online prostitution.  Prosecutors say Fincannon had arranged via text messages to meet the officer in a motel room where he agreed to exchange drugs for sexual acts.  Fincannon has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges.
