(Columbia Co., OR)  --  Authorities are identifying a woman whose body was found in the Columbia River as a Portland resident.  Sheriff's deputies say the body of 24-year-old Apache Rose Hightower was found Tuesday afternoon down an embankment off Pittsburg Road.  The Columbia County Sheriff's Office says Hightower's case is being investigated as a homicide.  Deputies say Hightower was identified through fingerprint records.
