(Portland, OR)  --  Officials say an 85-year-old man who was seriously injured in a crash on Highway 99W has died.  Authorities say Richard Mitchell of Newberg was a passenger in a Prius that was hit by a pickup truck that veered Wednesday into oncoming traffic on Highway 99W in Portland.  The driver of the Prius, 84-year-old Velda Mitchell, is still in the hospital.  The driver of the pickup suffered minor injuries.
