(Forest Grove, OR)  --  Ten people are having to stay elsewhere after a triplex was damaged in a fire in Forest Grove.  Forest Grove Fire & Rescue got the report around 1:45 yesterday morning and responded to the 19-hundred block of Douglas Street.  Firefighters put out the flames quickly and monitored hot spots.  Investigators say the blaze was caused by an electrical failure inside a wall in one of the units.  No injuries were reported.
