(Salem, OR)  --  A man who's accused of shooting another man to death in Salem is in custody.  Police say 18-year-old Isaiah R. Garcia of Salem was arrested yesterday in connection with the death of 25-year-old Leonardo Martinez-Hernandez, who died in a hospital hours after the Sunday shooting.  Garcia is expected to appear in court today.
