(St. Helens, OR)  --  A wanted felon is being sought as a person of interest in the death of a St. Helens woman.  Authorities say 28-year-old Jesse Allen Lane currently has an active warrant from the State Parole Board.  The body of 24-year-old Apache Rose Hightower was found on September 20th alongside a rural Columbia County road.  Officials ruled her death was a result of homicidal violence.
