(Canby, OR)  --  Clackamas County sheriff's deputies say a woman who was a passenger in a county van died in a two-vehicle accident near Canby.  Authorities say the woman was a county Health, Housing, and Human Services client.  She died yesterday morning at the scene of the crash, located at South Central Point and New Era roads.  The drivers of both vehicles suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
