(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities say a man who's considered a person of interest in the death of a Portland woman is in custody.  Jesse Lane was arrested yesterday in Santa Barbara, California.  Lane is an ex-boyfriend of 24-year-old Apache Hightower, whose body was found in a wooded area in Columbia County on September 20th.  Lane has not officially been named a suspect in Hightower's murder.
