(Woodburn, OR)  --  There are no reports of injuries or damage, following a small earthquake that hit the Woodburn area.  The U.S. Geological Survey says the 3.0 magnitude quake was recorded about three miles northwest of Woodburn.  It struck at 9:29 last night.
