(Columbia Co., OR)  --  A man who's considered a person of interest in the death of a Portland woman is back in Oregon.  Police say 28-year-old Jesse Lane is an ex-boyfriend of 24-year-old Apache Hightower, and was recently arrested in Santa Barbara, California on a parole warrant.  He's currently being held in the Columbia County Jail.  Hightower's body was found near St. Helens last month.
