(Gresham, OR)  --  Police say a man was killed as he was walking along Northeast Hogan Drive in Gresham.  Authorities say the pedestrian was struck and killed by a pickup truck last night around eight o'clock.  The driver of the truck remained at the scene and cooperated with police.  No names have been released.
