(Portland, OR)  --  Fire officials say a two-alarm blaze is burning at a four-plex in Portland's Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood.  KOIN-TV reports the fire was reported around 4:15 this morning in the 56-hundred block of Southeast 123rd.  A second alarm was activated around 15 minutes later.  No injuries have been reported.
