(Portland, OR)  --  Gasoline prices are seeing little change these days in the Portland area.  The latest survey by Triple-A shows the average for regular is two-52 a gallon, only a fraction of a cent lower than the average of a week ago.  The national average for regular is two-26 a gallon.
