(Spokane, WA)  --  Gonzaga University is getting ready to host the first of two scheduled U.S. Senate candidate debates between Democratic incumbent Patty Murray and Republican challenger Chris Vance.  Vance, a former state Republican Party chairman, is hoping to make a positive impact in the debate, as Murray has both experience and fundraising on her side.  The debate is set for seven o'clock this Saturday night.
