Wind Knocks Out Power For 40,000

(Portland, OR)  --  Saturday's windstorm is blamed for leaving tens of thousands without power for parts of the weekend.  Portland General Electric says about 40-thousand customers were affected with four-thousand still without power into yesterday.  The outages affected Banks to the north down to Salem to the south.
