Oregon Among Least Powerful States For Presidential Voting

(Undated)  --  Financial site WalletHub says Oregon voters aren't among the most powerful to impact next month's presidential election.  The site ranked Oregon 36th in the nation according to a Presidential Election Voter Power Score it developed.  It combines each state's probability of going red or blue with its population.  The study found Arizona voters have the most power in the November 8th presidential election between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, while California is the least powerful.
