(Undated)  --  New rankings show Oregon is among the states with the most consistent voting turnout.  Website 24/7 Wall Street says Oregon is sixth in the nation for the highest voter turnout over the last four presidential election cycles.  The site says more than 69-percent of eligible voters in Oregon have turned out to the polls in those elections.  Minnesota has the nation's highest voting rate, while Hawaii is home to the lowest rate of voters.
