(Tigard, OR)  --  A woman is suing a Palm Beach Tan in Tigard after thinking the windows were fitted with one-way glass.  Renee Baker says she was fully nude in her private tanning room and believed no one in the parking lot would be able to see in.  She was later informed by staff that people could see her.  Baker is seeking 325-thousand dollars, claiming the salon was negligent in not properly informing customers about the transparent glass windows.
