(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland school is taking administrative action following reports of teacher misconduct.  Police were called out to North Portland's Astor School yesterday, where they say the teacher's behavior could be considered criminal.  However, the teacher was not arrested and the Youth Services Division and Child Abuse Team are now investigating.
