(Sandy, OR)  --  A Sandy man is facing charges of drunken driving and disorderly conduct.  It happened after a video uploaded to YouTube allegedly showed Philip M. Ramirez weaving between lanes in his station wagon.  He is also accused of taking a break to urinate on the side of the road.
