(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is one of the nation's best cities for business and careers.  That's according to "Forbes" magazine, which ranked the city fifth out of 200 large metro areas in the U.S.  The rankings are based on factors such as job growth, costs, and quality of life.  For the second year in a row, Denver placed first, followed by Provo, Utah, Raleigh, North Carolina, and Seattle.
