(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a teenager who fired a gun aboard a MAX train in Portland.  Authorities say the teen fired the weapon around 8:34 last night on the train at the 102nd Avenue Transit Station on East Burnside Street.  Police say a Good Samaritan detained the teenager until officers arrived.
