(Portland, OR)  --  Bicyclists will soon have a new avenue on which to travel in Northeast Portland.  A two-way bike lane is being laid out on the Northeast 21st Avenue bridge over Interstate 84.  A small bikes-only roundabout is included.  Portland Bureau of Transportation officials tell KATU-TV the 20-thousand-dollar project, which is expected to be completed in about two weeks, is intended to help riders traveling from Northeast to Southeast Portland.
