(Portland, OR)  --  The Morrison Bridge is closing for repairs and an inspection.  The bridge will be closed on November 6th and will reopen the following day.  Multnomah County plans to begin a major repair project in April of 2017.  During that time, only one lane on the bridge will remain open in each direction.
