(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police say a suspect is on the loose, following a shooting that left two people wounded outside a Vancouver bar.  The shooting happened around four o'clock this morning outside the QuarterDeck Bar on East Fourth Plain Boulevard.  One victim is expected to survive, but detectives say the other victim has "significant" injuries.  There's no word on a description of the suspect.
