(Longview, WA)  --  Officials say a three-year-old girl who was injured by a falling tree limb in Longview, Washington had died.  The Longview "Daily News" reports Emily Scarborough died in a Portland hospital of injuries she suffered while visiting her grandparents' home on November 22nd.  The toddler was hit by the falling limb as it was being pruned.  She died the following day.
