(Seattle, WA) -- The chief executive officer of the world's largest coffee business will soon step aside. Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz says he'll hand the reins over in April to current chief operating officer Kevin Johnson. Schultz says he'll become the company's executive chairman, focusing on innovation, Starbucks' premium offerings and social impact. Schultz, who's 63-years-old, says he's been planning the move for the past year.
