(Ephrata, WA)  --  Authorities say a Grant County, Washington girl who disappeared in May has been found safe, and the woman accused of kidnapping her is in custody.  Sheriff's deputies say the woman, 57-year-old Shirley Jackson, has been arrested in California on a charge of first-degree kidnapping.  Officials say the girl, six-year-old Angel Jackson, who's not related to the suspect, is safe and in good health.  Sheriff's deputies say the girl had been under Shirley Jackson's care for a period of time after the child's mother gave her up for adoption, but custody was given to someone else in May.
