(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities are investigating an officer-involved shooting that left a man dead in Portland.  Investigators say the 52-year-old man died yesterday morning outside a duplex at Southeast 148th Avenue and East Burnside Street in the Portland's Glenfair neighborhood.  Officials say one of the police officers responding to a disturbance call shot the man after he stepped out of an apartment and fired at the officers, but missed.  The officer has been placed on paid administrative leave.
