(Hillsboro, OR)  --  Latino residents are asking that Hillsboro declare sanctuary-city status.  Hispanics crowded into Hillsboro City Hall last night to ask city leaders not to cooperate with President-elect Donald Trump's stated plans to deport millions of undocumented immigrants.  Mayor Jerry Willey says all residents have sanctuary in Hillsboro, no matter their country of origin.  KATU-TV reports nearly 20 percent of the city's population is Hispanic.
